President of the Management Board

Cezary is the founder of Bacca, a manager and innovator with over a dozen years of experience in the insurance and financial sector. He has created the insurance financing market in Poland. Before he founded Bacca, he worked as a consultant to the largest financial institutions in Poland and Central Europe.



Member of the Management Board

Piotr is the founder of Bacca and a Member of the Management Board responsible for Development and Operations. Before he founded Bacca, he was employed at EY, where he worked on facilitating various business areas of insurers and banks’ operations. He is an enthusiast and visionary of business process improvement and introduction of technologies to the insurance sector, with strong focus on the effective implementation of innovations.



Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Michał is an independent capital investor. He has worked in the investment banking sector at ABN AMRO and Schroders Poland since 1995.

Between 2000 and 2010 he held the position of investment director at AIG Capital Management (since 2009 at Pinebridge Investments). As a member of the team managing the funds with the capital of 320 million USD (AIG New Europe I) and 550 million EUR (AIG New Europe II), he specialised in investments in financial institutions.



Member of the Supervisory Board

Advocate. Since 1991 he has provided legal aid as a lawyer and partner at international law firms.

For six years he was the Managing Partner of one of the largest law firms in Poland where currently occupies the position of Senior Of-Counsel. He specialises in acquisition and restructuring transactions.

He has vast experience in direct investments of both green-field and brown-field type. He has participated in financial transactions conducted in Western Europe, Slovakia, Czech Republic, CIS and Turkey. Currently also operates as an independent equity investor in various sectors of the economy.



Member of the Supervisory Board

Tomasz is a legal advisor. Since 1994 he has worked as a lawyer and partner at leading international law firms, providing legal aid to both Polish enterprises and international investors in Poland.

He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, in particular transactions conducted in the private equity market. He has advised on financial transactions conducted in Germany, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Bulgaria and Georgia.



Member of the Supervisory Board

Zbigniew is an independent capital investor. Since 1995 he has worked at the PwC consulting company.

Between 2000 and 2008 he held the position of investment director and management board member at AIG Capital Management. At present Zbigniew is a partner with CIC Corporate Finance, the leading Polish M&A advisory company.



Marta deals with the smooth course of processes connected with the so-called payment orders. Her tasks include responding to issues reported by the Clients, with whom she is in constant touch.



Marta has worked in the insurance industry since 2002. Her daily duties include multiagent care. Marta helps the Agents acquire knowledge and skills in the area of financing rules as part of our projects (e.g. smart11), insurance premium and policy calculation that the Agents further present to their Clients.



Patrycja has worked at Bacca since 2014. Her everyday tasks include facilitating the settlement process of our Clients’ payments as well as debt recovery.



Ewelina supervises the verification of agreements concerning our top project - smart 11. Her tasks also include debt recovery.



Michał has worked in the insurance industry since 2009. His tasks include providing meritorical support to business partners and preparing sales reports.



Asia has worked in the insurance industry since 1993. She has gained her managerial experience while working for some of the largest insurance corporations such as PZU and AXA. For the last four years she has been supporting Bacca team in the development of sales network of smart11.



Justyna deals with the verification of Bacca’s agreements and preparation of commission and sales reports. She has worked for our company since 2012 and she says that the good cooperation and friendly atmosphere at Bacca make her willing to get up in the morning and show up at work :)



Tomek has worked at Bacca since February 2017. He deals with the verification and archiving of agreements as well as phone and e-mail customer service.



Przemek is our finance director and has been employed at Bacca since 2015. He is an excellent manager and leader with over a dozen years of experience in the financial sector at large international financial institutions. He specialises in insurance, SSC and audit.



Paweł has worked at Bacca since July 2015. His duties include the implementation of new and already existing IT solutions that allow for increasing the work efficiency of Bacca team, and offering new functionalities to Bacca’s Agents and Clients.



Grzegorz is our IT solution architect.



Kuba has worked at Bacca since 2012 and he is our “emergency guy” :) He is responsible for maintaining business relations with our partner sales network, in particular smaller agencies. He co-creates, coordinates and facilitates the renewal process. He supports the Agents in their daily work with Clients and organises training sessions and webinars for them. He is responsible for maintaining and gaining new Partners.
